Several superb beaches are located no more than 10 to 15 minutes from the villa. The new Marinas at Portimao and Lagos are NLY 12 and 15 minutes drive away. Whilst the estate is quiet and secluded there are four excellent Portuguese restaurants within 5 minutes drive of the villa serving excellent food and wine at very good value and affordable prices. For the Children: so many unspoilt beaches within 8 to 15 minutes drive. Two water slide parks 15 minutes away. Tennis at Penina, sailing at Alvor just 10 minutes away. Sailing and wind sailing at Ferragudo a mere 15 minutes from the villa.
