" Apartment in recent building (constructed in 2006) composed of only 3 floors (no elevator), in the center of the Alvor village, close to the Health Care center, in a calm and relaxed zone. Equipped with very nice furniture, for people who know how to take care of it. It has a big terrace balcony (21 m2) that is bathed by the sun almost all day and has a barbecue. It has commerce and restaurants nearby (coffes, minimarkets, pubs, handcraft, etc…). It’s close to the beautiful beaches of Alvor, Torralta, Três Irmãos and Prainha and about 4 km to Praia da Rocha. Modern kitchen equipped with all utilities needed, from electric grill to toaster, squeezer, mixer, complete set of plates, glasses and tableware. It has a big room with full size bed, big wardrobe, TV and air conditioned. In the living room there’s a big couch that makes also a nice full size bed and in the hallway there’s an individual couch that also turns into a one person bed. "
