Near the sea, with panoramic views, swimming pool, and garden to feel at home when you are away from home.It is recomended to families with children.

"I think this place is nice as in the summer as in the winter about the location .The owners Giusy and Giuseppe lived on site and were extremely friendly and helpful. On arrival we had a very thoughtful welcome pack including Pizza and Wine, which was very much appreciated by our three children and ourselves. The views were spectacular and the villa was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The owners could not have been more helpful. We had a lovely relaxing time, and will always fondly remember Giusy and Giuseppe and their excellent hospitality."

"During our stay at this house we could enjoy of the peaceful and nice landscape where it is located. The pool (extermely cleaned) and the large porch with a secondary kitchen make it possible to live outdoor taking pleasure of the sun and the nature. It is remarkable to note the kindness of the owners. You feell like at home and know that if something is wrong they will always be there to kindly help you. Difficult to find something similar....and don´t loose the opportunity to try the fruits from the fruit trees around including the tomatoes ¡¡¡ excellent¡¡"

"Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 10 ans). Nos hôtes sont des personnes charmantes et fort accueillantes et nous retournerons habiter dans leur merveilleuse villa si un jour, nous voyageons à nouveau en Sicile. La situation géographique de la villa permet de se déplacer avec facilité vers tous les points d’intérêt de la Sicile en alternant visites culturelles et activités sportives en bord de mer, à la montagne ou à la campagne. Au retour de nos découvertes, nous avons apprécié la piscine très bien entretenue par le propriétaire. Les deux villas se partagent la piscine et la plupart du temps, nous étions seuls dans cette belle piscine : ce qui est un plus en Italie. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec un énorme réfrigérateur et un congélateur à trois tiroirs. Il y a aussi une machine à laver toute neuve très performante. Les pièces à vivre se situent au rez-de-chaussée et les chambres à l’étage. Il s’agit d’une construction neuve avec matériaux nobles : bois, marbre, carrelage, céramique, tuiles et une décoration très soignée que Giusy, notre hôtesse, a choisi avec goût. Après plus de un mois de séjours en Italie, c’est sans conteste le plus bel endroit que nous ayons loué. Nous souhaitons à Giusy et à Giuseppe de nombreuses et belles locations. "

"Abbiamo scelto questo alloggio per il nostro soggiorno vacanza e per le foto del nostro matrimonio. Le villette sono super pulite,l''arredamento è curato nei dettagli,la piscina viene pulita tutti i giorni dai proprietari e loro sno persone meravigliose,disponibili e aiutano come meglio possono.L''appartamento è luminoso,spazioso e ogni cosa è nuova . Io sono uscita da una delle ville con l''abito da sposa e le mie foto sono davvero meravigliose,penso che io e mio marito sceglieremo questo posto ogni volta che scenderemo in Sicilia.Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi. Grazie davvero della disponibilità ."

"Belle Maisons" Siamo Italo francesi e scendiamo in Sicilia tutti gli anni per le nostre vacanze, abbiamo soggiornato in molte case ma questa è decisamente graziosa,pulita,e molto curata. La piscina viene pulita tutti i giorni dal proprietario ed è adatta ai bambini anche piccoli,la cucina ben equipaggiata ha la vista sulla piscina ed è all''aperto quindi si possono tebere i bambini sott''occhio. La casa è fresca e ben ventilata e l''ambiente è tranquillo,si può parcheggiare la macchina dentro il recinto ,ci sono alberi di frutta e altre coltivazioni e possiamo prendere tutto quello che vogliamo anche i pomodori e,poi c''è un grazioso giardino e l''altalena per i bambini . I proprietari sono deliziosi e molto disponibili,penso che riconfermeremo per il prossimo anno."
