" Cordially welcome to our newly build country house in Alpbach. Quiet situated and very sunny lain. The cottage is against our farm. The children, with our daughter riding and help feed the animals. Equipped comfortably. Big terrace and a beautiful garden to relax. Also for elder people suitable! No smoking allowed in the appartement, only on the terrace!! Prize for up to 4 people in the winter 840.-, Each further person / week 180.- In the summer until 4 people 700.-, Each further person / week 160.- Christmas-week until 6 people 1.400.- New Year's Eve-week until 6 people 1.600.- Carnevals-week until 6 people 1.400.- All extra expenses are included in the rent! Once final cleaning 50.- Taxe sold separately! In the winter please bring snow-chains. Over Christmas/New Year's Eve we rent only for 14 days! *NEW*from 1. "Excellent accomodation with amazing views of the valley and mountains. Spotlessly clean with an endless supply of clean towels. The sauna and the fitness room were an added bonus and a very well eqipped kitchen. Very quiet situation."

"We zijn al de tweede keer op vakantie geweest in dit appartement. Het is mooi, schoon, luxe en traditioneel ingericht. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Er hoort een mooie tuin bij en een overdekt terras waar je ook met een regenbuitje nog fijn kunt zitten. Het uitzicht vanuit het appartement is adembenemend je kijkt uit over het Alpbach en omstreken. Het landhuis ligt iets buiten Alpbach. Het is er heerlijk rustig. Vanuit Alpbach kun je veel uitstapjes en wandelingen maken. Ook voor (kleine) kinderen is er een hoop te doen. In het appartement ligt hier veel informatie over. De eigenaren wonen er naast. Ze bezitten paarden waar de kinderen op mogen rijden. Voor onervaren kleintjes is er een pony 'Amigo'. Ook zijn er geitjes en konijntjes. Wij hebben er 2 keer een super vakantie gehad."

"Het appartement was heel mooi en voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. We hadden er een prachtig uitzicht over het dal en de bergen. De kinderen vonden het erg leuk. Er wordt in die omgeving veel voor kinderen georganiseerd. Het was een geweldige vakantie!!!!"
