The house is very well equipped and spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a grand terrace, small pool and a little avocado-strawberry-fig-olive plantation. The landlord was extremely helpful and friendly. People looking for quietness shouldn't book this house because of the national road in front of and the building site of the motorway behind the house.

"Le chantier de l'autoroute n'est pas proche de la villa, cela ne dérange donc en rien le calme de la maison. L'autoroute devrait être fini d'ici quelques mois, ce qui diminuera de 70% le trafic sur la route environnant celle-ci, ce qui ne peut être que bénéfique. Il sera donc possible d'aller à Grenade en seulement 30 minutes. The construction of the highway is quite distant from the villa and doesn't interferes or breaks the quiet of the house. The motorway will be completed in a few months and will remove in a 70% the traffic that currently passes through the side road near the house, so it will be a benefit. Also it will be possible being in Granada in 30 minutes."

"The villa is lovely. It is spacious and clean and well equipped. The views are beautiful, especially first thing in the morning. You need a car to access the property and this means that you can not walk into town even though it is quite close. However if you weigh up, the views and the peace and quiet,having to use the car,is not a hardship. It is ideal for children and teenagers. The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding areas and the coastline both east and west. It is so well equipped, you dont even need to bring beach towels. My boys love the pool table. The family who own the villa have always been extremely helpful and friendly - nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend this villa."

- Eine herrliche Meersicht! - Sehr funktionell eingerichtetes Haus, sauber geputzt, viele Küchenmaschinen, frische Früchte - guter, persönlicher Kontakt zum Vermieter, auch vor dem Bezug der Villa via e-Mails - In der Nähe führt momentan noch die Nationalstrasse vorbei (leichtes Rauschen tagsüber).
