" Apartments remodelled and with new furniture. In the city centre, but in a quiet, residential area, very well served, 5 minutes walking from the old town and less then 10 min walking from the sandy beach (every half an hour a bus takes to the beach). Discounts in case of long staying. We have two types of apartments: • one roomed apartment: about 30 sq mtrs room with double bed, kitchenette and bathroom. • two roomed apartment: about 50 sq mtrs apartment, with lounge area (sofa bed with two beds) and kitchenette. Double bedroom and bathroom. The prices are all included (bed linen, towels, air conditioning, kitchenette’s gas, water, electricity and final cleaning when leaving). All in the apartments is brand new. "

“Il hospito e sacro” as the Italian say and sure you’ll have no doubt of that if you visit the Nieddu residence. A wonderful family house where you actually feel as a part of a family. We stayed for 15 days, had a wonderful time and felt at home. It’s not about the house which of course offers everything you might need, it’s about the people that welcome you and will be your friends before you are aware of it. Traveling with a toddler can be uncomfortable, this time it was easy. We didn’t pack everything but the sink to get away, they had everything for us. We had a wonderful time, I just want to say thanks again and that I still have the taste in my mouth of the wonderful wine that father Nieddu makes himself, and the delicious spaghetti Vincenzzina makes with “basilico” from her own garden, and yes, I strongly recommend this residence because it’s your holiday home. I sure hope going back myself next summer with more friends.

"Das Apartment war sehr ordentlich, sauber und funktional. Dass wir zur Hautsaison nur 3 Tage mieten konnten, und genau diese mussten es sein, das war schon sehr gut. Die wundervolle Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die stadtnahen Strände. Einen Parkplatz fand man immer in der Nähe, sowie um die Ecke einen gut sortierten Supermarkt. Die Klimaanlage war im Hochsommer ein zusätzliches plus, um entspannt zu schlafen. man kann vieles in der Umgebung von Alghero besichtigen: Porto Conte und die Neptungrotte, Stintino mit der Insel Asinara im Norden, Bosa über die Panoramastrecke im Süden und das Tal der Huraghen im Osten, um nur einige Beispiele zu nennen."

"Nous y avons séjourné pendant 5 jours et tout fut parfait.Bel appartement, bien équipé, très bien situé....Nous aimerions souligner l''acceuil, la gentillesse et la grande disponibilité de nos hôtes....ce fut un séjour mémorable ! A recommmander sans aucun doute !"
