" Within Albufeira, this new private condominium has only 8 apartments. The pool, garden (1,600 m2), kindergarten, gymnasium and barbecue area with table outside by the pool are never over crowded. Here lives a peaceful holiday, away from the crowd but close to the action of Albufeira, its bars and restaurants and beaches. The apartment on the top floor and finished in 2012 has all the comfort desired: large areas and sunny, air conditioning, floating floors, good distribution, closets, 2 terraces. It consists of one large dining room with terrace access. The terrace is very large has wooden pergola and the sights are great, it is a delightful place for lunch, dinner and snacks. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped and furnished. The master suite has a private bathroom, closet and private terrace. Another room has a double bed and access to the terrace. The third bedroom has twin beds. Altogether has 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub). All spaces have individual air conditioned. The apartment has 2 parking spaces within the gated community. Equipments: Express machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Hair dryer, iron, TV, DVD player, free internet access. Sheets and towels are included. We rent monthly or daily (minimum 2 nights) except in August (minimum 1 week) "
