" “Giacaranda” is a unique holiday house with direct access to the sea, located on the sand tongue of “Giannella" into the beautiful natural trail zone of Argentario Coast, in the exclusive area of Maremma in southern Tuscany. “Giacaranda” is an independent Villa suitable for 12 people and surrounded by a wonderful garden with parking places, private fenced shore and direct access to the sea. The house is divided into 2 floors. Ground floor (6 beds) : It is composed by 1 entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a bathroom with tub and shower Top floor (6 beds) : It hosts a double room, 2 bedrooms with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and shower arm, 1 with shower), a large equipped kitchen and a large living room with fireplace, large dining table and a table with a sofa and armchairs to relax and read. The wide hall leads to a beautiful terrace where you can eat enjoying a beautiful view on the sea and from where you can admire the magnificent sunsets. Outside the house is surrounded by a lush garden with an outdoor shower, a dining table, a barbecue, hammock and sun loungers on which to sunbath on the private beach, before crossing the gate and dive into the sea. Going along the sea, about 10km far, you find the towns of Orbetello and Talamone, from which you can discover the Maremma Natural Parks, so as the characteristic and distinctive Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole, both located on the Argentario promontory,(mini-cruises to Islands Giglio, Giannutri and Elba available). The exclusive Ansedonia, known for its long shores, and the fascinating Capalbio, known for its cultural events, can also be reached in a few minutes. Other places nearby worth a visit are the Etruscan Necropolis of Tarquinia or inland zones like Manciano, Pitigliano, Orvieto and obviously the Saturnia Thermal Baths. The peacefulness of this place, the sound of the sea, the birds singing, the colours of Argentario’s sunsets, but also the chance of daily trips and activities and sports like surf, kite surf, scuba diving, horse riding, tennis, golf and many more will make your stay relaxing, but rich of unique and exclusive emotions. “Giacaranda” is therefore extremely close to the seaside and at the same time just about 1.5 km from Albinia, a little town in which you find a supermarket, a pharmacy, a post office and a doctor. From northern Italy: Route 1 From Livorno, take the direction to SS1Aurelia Rome, pass Grosseto and after 30 km exit at Albinia. Take the SP 36 Giannella for about 1km towards Porto Santo Stefano. Leaving the Residence Argentario on the right, turn right into the second private road. Once at the bottom of the road, the Giacaranda is the first house by the sea on your left. Route 2 From Firenze, pass Siena and once in Grosseto take the SS1 Aurelia towards Rome. After 30 km exit at Albinia, take the SP 36 Giannella for about 1km towards Porto Santo Stefano. Leaving the Residence Argentario on the right, turn right into the second private road. Once at the bottom of the road, the Giacaranda is the first house by the sea on your left. From Roma and southern Italy: From Roma enter A12 for Civitavecchia, drive towards S.S.1 Aurelia (direction Livorno). At km 150 exit at Albinia, take the SP 36 Giannella for about 1km towards Porto Santo Stefano. Leaving the Residence Argentario on the right, turn right into the second private road.
