Superb for outdoor living as it enjoys sunshine from dawn to dusk yet also has plenty of shaded areas to relax over a glass of wine,the big garden & spacious patio's provide perfect areas for relaxation while children play as we boast a fantastic & safe children's play area with swings,slide,trampoline,sea-saw etc on a big sandpit attached to the side of villa,other outdoor toys & games & baby items.Dining by the pool,under the Temple Style Gazebo with lounge area or under one of the panoramic veranda's with stunning views of the pool makes the perfect setting to enjoy the "Al Fresco Experience".All grounds are completely enclosed & safe!The entire outside area & pool has been illuminated to create a relaxing ambiance during the evening making it magical for a midnight swim.Villa distances 7km from San Leone where you will find beautiful golden sandy beaches & shallow waters,restaurants with fresh fish on menus,gelateria's!All June,July & August are already booked. Catania airport is 1½ hour drive away. Palermo airport is 2 hours drive away. Trapani airport is 2½ hours drive away. We ask that our guests telephone us on arrival at the airport so that we can arrange a time to meet in town centre,from where we will guide you up to Villa Paradiso and go through general house keeping and give you the opportunity to ask questions and advice. Swimming pool will be cleaned every wednesday and saturday. Car hire is recommended to see the delights of Sicily. Owners can offer airport pick up and drop off. The villa sleeps max 10 people including a cot and child bed(they are both in one of the king-size bedrooms)which can be exchanged with an adult bed if required.In the area:
